Lumbar Travel Pillow — Setup Guide

Everything you need for your first use
Arrives flat. That's normal.

The one thing that matters: let it restore first — don't rush to inflate it.

It ships tightly compressed. The foam draws air in on its own — just open the valve, set it aside, and let it finish before you decide how it feels.

STEP 1

1Open the valve

Turn it counterclockwise to open, and leave it open. The foam self-inflates — you don't need to blow it up.

STEP 2

2Let the foam expand

Just set it aside and let it finish. Foam expands in 6-24 hrs. Don't judge the feel until it's fully restored — straight out of the bag it can feel firm and hollow, and that's just air before the foam has opened up.

Firm at first is normal — it softens as the foam expands.

STEP 3

3Fit it to you

Place it at your lower back, just above your belt line, and slide it up or down until it fills the gap with your seat.

Once it's restored, start with a little air and add a breath at a time until it feels right; let a little out to soften. There's no single correct setting. (Around 60–70% full is a common sweet spot.)

IF IT SEEMS TO LOSE AIR

Close the valve all the way

Most "won't stay inflated" cases are a valve left a half-turn open. Turn it all the way closed and it should hold. If it still won't hold air after that, something may genuinely be off — see below and we'll make it right.
